DEWALT DC823B Review: This is a great tool to add to your collection of Dewalt Tools. Note it does NOT come with a battery! Great for working on the car or appliances. I doubt it has the power to loosen lug nuts, although I haven't tried. Zips just about any other fastener on our car out in seconds.
